All grooming is based on breed specifics of your pet.  Please call us for an estimate. All prices are subject to change depending on the condition of the coat, matting, behavior.. ETC.  
Please call us to get an estimate on prices as they vary on breed and cut.  These prices are ESTIMATES ONLY and exact prices can not be guaranteed until we can assess the pet.  
 

What comes with my grooming package?

Bath&Brush
Bathed in all natural shampoo and conditioner. 
Light blow out and light brush.  Nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Finished with cologne, bandana or bow. (No Grooming) 

Mini Groom
Bathed in all natural shampoo and conditioner.
Nails trimmed and ears cleaned.  Paw pads trimmed and sanitary areas trimmed.  Face neatened if applicable. Finished with cologne bandana or bow. (Minimal grooming) 

Full groom
Everything in a mini groom plus an all over hair cut.  Finished with cologne, bandana or bow. 







 

Dematting fee's are $30 per 15 mins of dematting.  Dematting can be painfull and cause extensive brush burn.  We can not guarantee we will be able to dematt your pet and shaving may be necessary.  We will not cause your pet any pain to dematt them..  

What Should I expect when I drop my animal off?

All animals must be in within 15 mins of appointment time.  If you are running late please call us. 

No call no shows will be charged a $25 fee on your next appointment.  After 15 mins your MAY be cancelled and your appointment will be given to someone on our waiting list. After 2 no call no shows you may be required to prepay to secure your appointment.  This is a non-fundable fee.  It can be applied to your grooming price, however if you do not show up you lose your deposit.  

We do not guarantee a finish time on your pet.  Each pet is different and some require more attention than others.  We will call you as soon as are ryour pet is ready for pick up.  We ask that you do not walk in to check on your pet.  If your pet is on the table it may cause them to become anxious and we will stop all grooming and your pet will be sent home in the current state of grooming it is in and full price will still apply.  All late pick ups will be charged $30.  If you are running late please call us and we can make arrangements.    All pets left after closing time will be boarded at a $50 a night fee.
